Your order will be delivered within 3 – 5 days in United Kingdom, no delays!
BODYBORN isn’t charging for deliveries in England, just the cost of your activewear!
Delivery will be charged to our Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish customers.
If you order a BODYBORN activewear from outside the UK, any import fees or customs charges are your responsibility.
Your BODYBORN order will be reaching you by 2 – 4 weeks at the max.
If a parcel is returned due to customs not being paid, we charge for reshipping.
Tracked postage is strongly recommended. We cannot compensate for lost parcels that were sent without tracking.

Got your return sorted online? Great! Just make sure BODYBORN gets it back within a week of filing.
You will get a 30 days span to decide if you would like to return any item and 1 additional week to post it back to BODYBORN. So, there’s ample time to make your decision, relax!

Bought something after December 3rd? You've got until January 10th to sort out returns with BODYBORN.

Pre-ordered something custom for Christmas? Since we make these specially, we can't take them back. Double-checking the size before placing the order would be great!
BODYBORN does refunds or size swaps (UK folks only) on regular-priced stuff within that week we mentioned.
Jump on the BODYBORN’S website and complete the Returns Authorization Form. You'll need your order number and email handy.
Look out for an email with your RMA number and all the details. Sometimes it hides in spam!
Place your return details inside the package and post it back with proof of postage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
We'll sort your refund within a week of getting it back, maybe two if we're really swamped.
Return postage is covered by the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty. In those cases, we reimburse standard postage up to £3.50.
If you are in the operational area of BODYBORN (United Kingdom), you can swap for a better size fit.
Size swaps depend on availability at the time BODYBORN process the return.
Each order is eligible for one exchange.
If you would prefer a different product, you can return your order for a refund and place a new order to BODYBORN.
Sale items, those brilliant BOGO deals, and heavily discounted BODYBORN activewear aren't eligible for exchanges.
Return postage for an exchange is the customer’s responsibility.
Late returns will be issued a BODYBORN voucher instead of a refund!
Returns far outside our timelines cannot be refunded. BODYBORN can send them back to you if you wish, but postage will be charged.
Keep those tags on! BODYBORN can't refund items without them.
If items reek of smoke or pets, we might have to send them back. Keep them fresh and new!
Dyed it? Hemmed it? Can't return altered BODYBORN items, sorry!
Anything we've specially made or sized for you is yours to keep.
If there are signs of wear, BODYBORN can't refund. Try things on by all means, just keep them pristine.
BODYBORN carefully assess any damage. If the issue comes from misuse or failure to follow care instructions, the return may be declined.
Items purchased on an expired gift card are not refundable.
Returns lacking required details may be delayed until we can identify the order and sender.
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, BODYBORN can resend it once new postage has been paid.
Free promotional items from BOGO deals cannot be refunded individually.
Most refunds are completed within two weeks of the items arriving at BODYBORN.
If it has been longer than two weeks, you are welcome to email enquiries@bodyborn.co.uk so we can check for you.
BODYBORN makes tough activewear, but we can't cover damage from your adventures, tears, rips, or damage from activewear worn over it.
Fabric and seams can weaken over time with activity. This is normal wear and tear and not considered a fault.
If you agree to a partial refund for a minor defect, the item then counts as final sale and no longer has warranty coverage.
If we have sent the wrong item, email enquiries@bodyborn.co.uk and we will take care of the collection or send a prepaid label, then ship the correct item as soon as possible.
Used a Buy One Get One deal but want to return just one? Doesn't work like that with BODYBORN - return both for a refund. Keeps our deals fair for everyone!
BODYBORN follows the Consumer Rights Act to the letter. Your statutory rights remain intact.
Buying online from BODYBORN gives you a week's cooling-off period, no questions asked.
Just fill out the BODYBORN Returns Authorization Form before the deadline passes.
If you cancel, we will refund the full order value including standard delivery costs within around a week of your request.
Refunds are issued through the payment method originally used unless something different is agreed.
We may hold the refund until we have received the products or proof that they have been posted.
You pay to return cancelled items and need to send them within seven days of cancelling with BODYBORN.

You will get a 7 days span to make decision whether to file a return / refund / exchange and 7 more days to post the package.
Mention your order number, name, and what you want on the package. Lastly, fill out Returns Authorization Form online.
