BODYBORN is hosted as a store on Shopify Inc., which facilitates us with the e-commerce
platform allowing us to sell our products and services to the valuable customers.
Shopify is a trusted platform by millions of online-store operators. So, we consider it mandatory to inform you that your data is stored through Shopify’s secure data storage, databases, and general Shopify application, protected by a firewall.
Please note that your card details are temporarily stored with Shopify’s secure-data-storage during your shopping activity. If you choose a direct payment gateway, Shopify stores your credit card data, encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and is then deleted due to bespoke algorithm of Shopfiy software platform. Moreover, neither traces of your data are saved with Shopify nor with us in any form.

You will get a 7 days span to make decision whether to file a return / refund / exchange and 7 more days to post the package.
Mention your order number, name, and what you want on the package. Lastly, fill out Returns Authorization Form online.
An email with your RMA number and all details will be sent. If it’s not there, checking the spam box is advised as it sometimes drop there.
All the necessary return details and proof of your postage should be placed along with the package.
It is on customer unless the item is faulty.
BODYBORN only offers the refunds and exchanges to the people in United Kingdom.
If a fault is confirmed, standard postage costs will be reimbursed up to £3.50.
Aim is to refund in a week, it can go up to 2 weeks at the max provided we are swamped.
